  3. In a stand mixer, combine cooled browned butter with light brown sugar and granulated sugar; mix well. Add honey, egg, vanilla extract, sea salt, and baking soda; blend thoroughly.
  4. Gradually add flour until just combined, then fold in pistachios and white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
