  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup mini turkey pepperonis
  • â…“ cup pepperoncinis – mild
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • 2 pizza dough balls – room temperature
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter – melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a cast iron skillet.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 30 to 40 pieces, roll them into balls, and arrange around the skillet's perimeter.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese until smooth. Spread this mixture in the center of the skillet.
  4. Pour the pizza sauce over the cheese mixture and top with remaining mozzarella, mini turkey pepperonis, and pepperoncinis.
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Lightly brush this mixture over the prepared pizza dough balls.
  6. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
