Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- ¼ cup mini turkey pepperonis
- â…“ cup pepperoncinis – mild
- ¼ cup hot honey
- 2 pizza dough balls – room temperature
- ¼ cup unsalted butter – melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a cast iron skillet.
- Divide the pizza dough into 30 to 40 pieces, roll them into balls, and arrange around the skillet's perimeter.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese until smooth. Spread this mixture in the center of the skillet.
- Pour the pizza sauce over the cheese mixture and top with remaining mozzarella, mini turkey pepperonis, and pepperoncinis.
