  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 red onion (sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or cooking oil of choice)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken tenders in the mixture until fully coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6–8 minutes until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté sliced bell peppers and red onion in the same skillet for 4–5 minutes until softened.
  4. Add butter and garlic; cook until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and grape juice; simmer before stirring in heavy cream and seasonings until thickened.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce, then mix in the chicken.
  6. Serve warm garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
