  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 30 buttery crackers, crumbled
  • 1 (2-ounce) packet onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups macaroni noodles
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 cups mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix ketchup and barbeque sauce until combined.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled crackers, onion soup mix, and eggs; mix well.
  5. Press the meat mixture into the baking dish evenly.
  6. Spread the sauce mixture over the meat layer.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  8. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  9. In another bowl, whisk together milk and cheddar cheese soup; stir in seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder).
  10. Mix cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until well coated.
  11. Stir in half of the shredded cheese until melted.
  12. Pour macaroni mixture over the baked meatloaf layer; spread evenly.
  13. Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake for an additional 17–20 minutes until bubbly.
