Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and onions are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in marinara sauce and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture with sour cream and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Unroll the crescent rolls into a greased baking dish, pressing them into place to form a crust at the bottom. Pour the beef mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, drizzle with melted butter, and add grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
