- 40 grams butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions

- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; reserve pasta water before draining.
