Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (plus extra for kneading)
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg (whisked)
  • Toppings: everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and combine with your hands until a smooth dough forms, adding more flour if necessary.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a couple of minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into four parts, shape each into a bagel by rolling it into strands and pinching the ends together.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with whisked egg, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown; let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
