- 8 oz lasagna noodles (broken)
- 2 cups water or broth
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 1 cup chopped spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in marinara sauce and water or broth, then add broken lasagna noodles.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat; dollop ricotta cheese on top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
