  • 8 oz lasagna noodles (broken)

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and water or broth, then add broken lasagna noodles.
