- 1 pound Boneless chicken (Cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 1 tsp Garlic (Finely minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (Finely minced)
- 1/2 cup Onions (Cut into 1 inch squares)
- 1/2 cup Green pepper (Cut into 1 inch squares)
- 1 cup Pineapple (Fresh or canned, Cut into small 1 inch pieces)
- 3/4 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce (Low sodium)
- 1/3 cup Chicken broth (Low sodium)
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- Salt (To taste)
- Pepper (To taste)
- 1.5 tsp Red chili flakes (For garnish)
Instructions
