- Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each salmon cube in flour, dip in egg, then coat in the panko mixture.
