  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, prepare the vegetables by halving the tomatoes, slicing the cucumber into thin rounds, and finely chopping the red onion and herbs.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with prepared vegetables and herbs. Pour the dressing over everything and toss gently to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
