- 8 ounces whole wheat linguine
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1 pound precooked snow crab legs (cut into 3–4 inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Minced parsley (for garnish)
- Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté grated garlic until fragrant.
- Add chili flakes and crab legs; sauté for another minute. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Cover to steam the crab legs for about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in cooked linguine along with reserved cooking liquid and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with minced parsley and, if desired, Parmigiano Reggiano.
