Description

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces tri-color pasta
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 cup lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup lunch meat chicken (diced)
  • 1 cup lunch meat turkey (diced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with cubed cheese, diced tomato, chopped lettuce, diced chicken, diced turkey, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Toss well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
