- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced (preferably English)

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions
