Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages King's Hawaiian rolls (12 count each)
  • 8 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Use a serrated knife to slice the rolls in half without separating them; place the bottoms in the prepared dish.
  4. Spread half of the cheese on the bottom layer of rolls, add the chicken mixture evenly, and top with remaining cheese. Cover with roll tops.
  5. Mix melted butter and Italian seasoning in a small bowl; brush over slider tops.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
