- 1/2 lb malfadine pasta (8 oz)

- 2 packages (5.2 oz each) Boursin garlic & herb cheese
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp salted butter

- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook malfadine pasta according to package instructions. Reserve at least 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté the diced onion with salt and red pepper flakes until soft.
- Add shaved broccoli to the pan, cooking for about 2 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in salted butter until melted, then add Boursin cheese and reserved pasta water (about 3/4 cup) to create a creamy sauce.
