- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup snap peas, ends trimmed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by thinly slicing the beef and chopping the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat with vegetable oil until shimmering.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, add the vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture; toss everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
