- 1 pound beef (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 3 sweet peppers (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- Avocado (for serving)
- Fresh cilantro (optional garnish)
Instructions
